And that lead to this. And us learning that he had been deaf for 18 months of his 3 years.
Then several follow ups.
Which in turn lead to this:
Which indicates that he has a very mild allergy to apples.
So, immediately, we stopped giving him apples, apple juice, anything that contains apples, stopped allowing him to lick the apple trees in the garden AND stopped all of his medication.
He has had a runny nose and sneezing exactly one day since then.

I had NO idea that it was even possible to be allergic to apples. Wow.
ReplyDeleteBoyChild has asthma, and when we were in PA, he had a terrible reaction to something in the house we stayed in. All these triggers get scary.
That's a first! I have never heard of anyone being allergic to apples, learn something new every day...lol
ReplyDeleteMy sis's mom-in-law is also allergic to apples, but get this she isn't allergic to the apples themselves but the stuff they put on the apples in teh US (wax, etc.) so she can eat apples in India. Weird, huh. I aslo found out Sanya is allergic to string cheese...not mozzerella...jsut string cheese. when i was breast feeding if I had string cheese she would break out in a rash. Always something new!!
