Merry Christmas from Prison

I went to Piglet's school Christmas party the other day.

Piglet is in Kindergarten so the day consisted of a holiday concert followed by a lovely party in the classroom.

And because they forced family time on us, we all had to submit our family projects to be viewed at the party.

We made a gingerbread house.

Nothing makes you feel more like a loser than looking at a 5 year old's clay Japanese anime.

Anyway, the kids were also to present their parents with the gifts they had made. It's a lovely decorated framed photo of your child.

Everyone else's kid looked smiley and happy. Or at least fake smiley.

    The frame is cute, but the inhabitant looks like he'd rather be anywhere else in the universe. Actually kind of funny though.

    Ha ha ha. I remember one of my baby brothers cutting off his own bangs with scissors right before his kindergartem photos were taken. He looked like Charles Manson.

    Hahaha!! That's what I usually looked like in pictures as a kid. In my case, I got all stressed out, what with the strangers and the bright flashes and the pressure to look adorable (never managed it). :-)

    I think your GB house is way better than those clay people...edible is always better...in gingerbread and in underwear...:-)

    I love yours!! and what you don't eat, is bio-degradeable...can't say that about play-doh (though I think it is edible)
