Pamela's friend K. got Apple Bottom Jeans. When she was showing them off to Pamela and all the other girls she says:
"Look, look. 'I got them Apple Bottom jeans'" and then started dancing.
Pamela said to me "And K. is dancing to the music that's playing in all of our heads, but people passing by are staring at her because the music isn't playing in THEIR heads."
I'm so out of the loop, I didn't even know these things existed. But the song IS catchy!
ReplyDeleteAlice- I totally know. I know all the 'popular' (read: hip-hop) music because of my daughter. And it kills me that I now listen to it all:).

ReplyDeleteIt's just a phrase...my almost 20 year old now listens to cool stuff like Zepplin, Doors and the other day she said you have got to hear this song...Love Hurts by Nazarath! I said girl that song is wayyy older than you!
